Celebrating THREE Years!!!
Our anniversary was a success!! It lasted right at about a week – and who wouldn’t enjoy that?! Yesterday was the actual 3 year marker and we celebrated as best we could! Luckily, our class started later and ended early so it felt like a half day and our best friends Khalil and Sweet Baby Rae :) made us a picture collage gift! Not only was it awesome to get a present but it doubly serves as our first decoration when we move into our new house! Wazo Nzuri!! (Great Idea!)
The downer was that it was Ughali night at our homestead. Huge bummer because not even Brett can stomach this stuff! So we ate as best we could and then hightailed it to our room to chow down on cookies (thanks mom and grandmamamas!). Finished the night off with a bourbon and coke toast and movie! I can’t wait to have a place of our own!
Thanks for all of your messages, calls and texts!!!! 3 Years!!!!!! Wow!!! It does go by quick :)
